Planning of the tour:

At the evening before our journey we discuss the plan the tour. The duration of this tour will be one day.

We are flexible in making the arrangements and can tailor the journey as you wish.

Start in the morning:

We will ensure that you are travelling comfortable as the journey can lead through rough terrain. In the left picture you can see the vehicle type used for this trip.

Mount Pinatubo ahead of us. The eruption happened on 26. June 1991.

40 Million cubic meter of material exploded within minutes. A disaster, that changed the landscape of the region for ever.

Nacolcol on the approach. A picturesce village, where we will spend most of our time.

The people of Nacolcol are self sufficient and produce their own vegetables, such as rice, Maniok, Bananas and coconut.

They are also still hunters and gatherers.

This is what the lahar of the Pinutubo eruption left behind. Ash, and tons of it. This is slowly washed away by water. The result is ice-berg style landscapes.

On the way back we cross the lahar-fields. This is all off-road country, no streets, no traffic lights, pure nature.
